Dave Schulz: I originally visited the Lake in 1986 with my family. I was hooked from that visit on. We bought our first lake home a few years after the initial visit. As luck or fate would have it, I sold my business in Kansas City in 1997 and moved to the lake fulltime shortly after that. I have been actively selling lake property fulltime since 1998. I am pleased to call my past clients my friends, and work hard to provide service even after the sale. I have been active in our local Chamber serving on the board and as President. In addition, I have been actively serving on the Board of Realtors, and just finished my term as President. I am committed to lake life, and want you as a client and friend, to come discover the lake, and make some memories of your own. I feel there is no greater investment, than Real Estate. Barb Stockwell: It is amazing what a weekend at the lake can do for you! In the spring of ’96 I came to the lake with my husband for a weekend of fishing and our boat never hit the water. I was hooked and we bought our first lake cabin. After being business owners in KC for 18 years, we sold our business and moved to the lake full time in 2001. I worked with my husband refurbishing homes until 2005, when I joined Re/Max at the Lake.
I am committed to customer service, always putting the customer first. My goal is to listen to what my customer really wants and then work hard to achieve that goal. My remodeling experience gives me an “eye” for what can be done to improve a property, which I feel is very helpful with many homes at the lake.
